LiciNexus

LiciNexus is an artificial intelligence infrastructure dedicated to the public procurement market, built from scratch alongside the founding team, from data architecture to a family of proprietary models, product and operations. We organized the National Public Procurement Portal into a navigable, daily-updated database, and on top of it trained vertical models specialized in Brazilian public bidding: proprietary fine-tunes on a corpus that generalist models cannot reach.

The B2B front is already in production, with models that estimate the winning price, classify items under official codes, measure alignment between tender and company, and structure tender content, plus two more in training to flag risks and process full PDFs. In parallel, we are building the B2G front with Govern AI, aimed at oversight agencies and focused on systemic auditing, shareholder cross-referencing and structural fraud detection.
